Licensed in Florida (active / main since 2021), Texas (active since 2023) and New Mexico (since 2008, inactive since 2025), Mr. Ivins has been practicing with our firm for since 2022. Mr. Ivins handles many complex cases in litigation and in pre-litigation for Personal Injury, construction, probate administration, and other areas of law. Mr. Ivins practiced in the JAG (Judge Advocate General's) Office in the Marines prior to engaging in civil law practice.
