Deposits paid to a developer:
If you are unable to close on the unit, the developer might be legally required to return part or all of your
deposits paid pursuant to the contract, Florida law and/or Federal law.  

Untimely and/or Incomplete Construction:
If the developer has not timely and properly completed the construction of your unit, you might be entitled
to cancel the contract and receive a return of all or a portion of your deposits pursuant to contract,
Florida law and/or Federal law.

Failure to Return Deposits:
If the developer declared you to be in default of the purchase contract of a unit and did not return your
deposit, you might nonetheless be entitled to a return of all or a portion of your deposits paid and other
claims.

Leaseback, Taxes, Assessments or other Incentives:
The developer must timely pay all amounts that it contracts or is otherwise required to pay to
purchasers.  

Amounts Escrowed in Closing Statement Not Paid:
The Closing Statement may include information requiring payment to you that has not been paid
resulting in claims against the developer and/or other parties.
